Uraian Tugas

  • Responsible for the full implementation of staffhouse policies & procedures to all occupants
  • Manage the staffhouse inventory, room assignments, and progress reports.
  • Facilitate coordination of incoming/outgoing occupants with different local and government agencies.
  • Responsible on familiarization and tour of the occupants around Staffhouse such as the kitchen, swimming pool, emergency exits and etc.
  • Recommends new policies and/or procedure to Management from time to time for the improvement of Staffhouse administration and operation.
  • Responsible on maintaining discipline and recommend necessary corrective action in case of deviation/infringement by any Staffhouse Personnel
  • Ensures that all facilities and equipments are in good working condition
  • Regular inspection and maintenance on emergency facilities (i.e. generator set, emergency lights, fire hydrants, fire extinguishers etc)
  • Ensuring full compliance of Staffhouse operation to government mandated policies such as garbage collection & segregation, etc
  • To keep abreast on latest National & Local Government requirements for compliance purposes.
  • Oversee the safety of the staffhouse occupants in coordination with the Security.
  • Perform other task/s assigned by the Management

Meminta

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Managementor equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Willing to be deployed in Boracay
