Responsibilites:
- Conduct observation and reporting on the implementation of sales procedures carried out by sales assistant
- Carry out evaluation and coaching processes for sales assistant as needed
- Collaborate with trainers and product specialists in identifying employee development needs and implementing them
- Conduct observation and reporting on the implementation of store management from start to finish
- Carry out evaluation and coaching processes related to store management for store leader as needed.
- Provide evaluation and improvement suggestions for store management SOP
- Engage in self-development activities to enhance competencies (training, knowledge sharing, etc.)
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree from any major
- At least 2 years working as Product Specialist Field or Retail Operation
- Experience working in a multi-location retail environment.
- Familiarity with retail technology solutions and point-of-sale systems
