Store Managers will report to the Area Manager and will be accountable for all aspects of the store and ensure that the store is operating as standards by enforcing company regulations through continuous improvement of sales and profitability management.
Responbilities:
- Monitoring sales performance
- Take control of profit & loss of the store
- Created training for team
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
- Organizing schedules
- Supervising daily shift operations
- Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
- Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
Qualifications:
- Aged maximum 38 years old
- At least S1
- Previous restaurant experience
- Prior work as a manager
- High level of discipline, trustworthy
- Have administration skills
- Ability in problem solving
- Able to communicate well and maintain good relationship
- Through, diligent, agile, initiative and responsive
- Enthusiastic, always positive and willing to learn
