- Responsible for day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Supervise and motivate staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. Foster a positive work environment and ensure staff members are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that all guests have a positive dining experience; Quickly address any operational or customer service issues that arise, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.

- Oversee inventory levels and ordering to prevent stockouts and minimize waste. Implement inventory control measures to optimize inventory turnover and minimize shrinkage; Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

- Prior experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar fast-casual dining environment, is essential; Expertise in Franchise Restaurant is a plus
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and develop a team; Meticulous attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency in all aspects of operations.
A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service; Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and vendors; A genuine passion for food and hospitality, with a desire to create memorable dining experiences for customers. - Knowledge of Health and Food Safety (HACCP)
Spec Request:
- 2+ years of experience as Asst/Outlet Manager in 4/5-star hotel or high-end restaurant; Expertise in Franchise Restaurant is a plus
- Fully understanding of Restaurants operations, handling complaints, staff development, and customer relation
- English proficiency is mandatory; Korean speaking is an advantage
