Currently we are opening the opportunity for Store Supervisor to join our team with the job description as listed below:
- Maintaining product quality
- Responsible for product receiving process and ensuring all product is sorted properly based on category
- Capable to cut and processing product meat, pork, seafood and poultry (for butcher position)
- Capable to handling and processing fruit, vegetable also dairy frozen product (for fresh position)
- Understand about receiving, storage & displaying standard up to food safety, hygiene and HACCP (for fresh position)
- Cleaning area processing and machine (for fresh position)
- Able to handle filleting, cutting, trimming, slice, minced (for fresh position)
- Giving product knowledge for costumer
- Managing & implementing FIFO for all groceries product
- Creating purchase order and planning stock product, request order, selling.
- Manage waste & shrinkage
- Managing and achieving sales target in department
- Responsible for managing and coaching team
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of Experience as a Supervisor in Retail Supermarket Industry on related department (produce, meat & seafood, dairy frozen or groceries)
- Possessing the job-related certification is a plus point
- Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
- Customer management skills.
- Fluent in English
