Responsibilities:
- Tracks, monitors, and analyzes the performance of verticals and key improvement areas
- Researches experiences of both customers and drivers in order to plan and develop creative and innovative solutions
- Carries out studies and experiments aimed at identifying patterns and influencing the behavior of both customers and drivers
- Keep up with market trends and developments, and conducts relevant competitive analysis
- Identifies various growth opportunities the business can tap into
- Presents insights and findings based on an analytical framework to drive and support business decisions of the company
- Works with the team to execute strategies and improve operational processes along the way
- Leads and/or participates in multiple special projects aimed at growing the brand and business
- Collaborates closely with different stakeholders and departments such as Product, Marketing, and Driver Management in implementing strategic initiatives
