Job Descriptions
Student Development Activities :
- Implement activities according to Student Development program schedule
- Arrange preparation Student Development program and ensure quality program implementation
- Conduct participant enrollment process (e.g. registration, RSVP, scheduling)
- Arrange availability of facilitator/trainer/speaker (selection and scheduling)
- Process admission for Student Development program request and ensure programs corresponds to demands
- Distribute information regarding Student Development program to related parties
- Arrange data collection of evaluation questionnaire and recapitulate the result of the evaluation
- Prepare report regarding Student Development program implementation
- Conduct recruitment process of freshmen chaperon (Freshmen Leader & Freshmen Partner) and fulfill freshmen chaperon demands from each study program/faculty
- Arrange freshmen chaperon enrichment program activities
- Keep track of process related to freshmen chaperon performance monitoring and evaluation
- Keep track of Student Activity Transcript (SAT) point progress activities and ensure its final point completion according to valid regulation (120 point SAT)
- Provide field activities review report and summary of student organization activities
- Arrange and conduct activities related to mawapres (Mahasiswa Berprestasi) (e.g., selection process, assist students to Kopertis)
Employability Skills & Graduate Attributes :
- Communicate the strategies, policies, guidelines, and practices related to employability skills & graduate attributes programs to related area (e.g., Study Program)
- Communicate employability skills & graduate attributes to all Units in BINA @Campus for further conversion process into curriculum and student activities / programs
- Maintain employability skills & graduate attributes content in various student activity program and alignment between centers
Management Support Activities:
- Provide Report to direct Supervisor
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
Work Exposure/ Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Customer Development
- Presentation Skills
- Problem Solving
