- Responsible to ensure and control Marine’s, Cargodoring, Lay Down, and Diving and ROV’s activities in compliance with SOP, respective company’s regulations and government’s policies, in a safe, effective, and efficient operations;
- Provide direction and support to ensure of the process of lifting cargo process is safe and on time in line with SOP;
- Manage training procedures of Lifting & Rigging for related employees;
- Ensure cargo movement and placement are executed based on cargo category and storage’s time limit at Laydown Area;
- Maintain the coordination with all related container movement’s users;
- Ensure all data in Ellipse and related administration managed accordingly;
- Manage the maintenance schedule for lay down equipment;
- Manage Diving & ROV operations to support business’ needs;
- Provide company Marine and Laydown strategy to support corporate’s operational needs;
- Manage Marine, Cargodoring & Lay down’s performance KPIs;
- Support SAR Operation in any emergency response services at company port area.
· Tertiary Degree in Marine Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with 12 years working experience with large port operation in mining industry;
· Have minimum 5 years of experience in similar role as Superintendent Marine, Cargodoring and Laydown or related field;
· Have middle level operational inspector certificate (POM) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.
· Have qualification in stock materials, Logistic and Warehouse Business or equivalent combination training and experience.
· Knowledge of marine operation specially related to lifting and rigging operations, loading-unloading cargo with certain equipment and knowledge of container’s type to make sure any proper movement and placement;
