(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Responsible maintain control & instrument utilities under F&S Department Responsibility that consist of Access Control System with its peripheral, Tsunami Warning System, Perimeter Sensor, Power Fence, Water Treatment & Sewage Treatment monitoring Instrument & Control, Speed Radar Sensor, Flow Sensor, Traffic Light Controls, Trapped Alarm, Intruder Alert, X-Ray, Coded Mechanical Key, Sound System, Display Peripheral, PLC, and other building management-telemetry equipment.
• To manage company objectives and all applicable regulation and standard obligations for Electrical System Instrument & Control, with reporting, compliance, and other statutory requirements.
• To be accountable for the execution of plans in each of these functions and responsible for preventive maintenance.
• To ensure inspection, test, and preventive maintenance procedures conducted by subordinates are done according to applied standard.
• To conduct coordination maintenance activities with related stakeholders and other F&S Respective Sections
• Maintain the performance and quality of Electrical System Instrument & Control equipment according to standards without neglect the building architecture based on company’s commercial building regulations.
• Conduct Building Fire Protection Equipment Inspection, Test & Preventive Maintenance on townsite area.
• Technical Scope: Access Control System with its peripheral, Tsunami Warning System, Perimeter Sensor, Power Fence, Water Treatment & Sewage Treatment monitoring Instrument & Control, Speed Radar Sensor, Flow Sensor, Traffic Light Controls, Trapped Alarm, Intruder Alert, X-Ray, Coded Mechanical Key, Sound System, Display Peripheral, PLC, Building management-telemetry equipment.
• Coordinate with planner to ensure all maintenance requirements are well prepared.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering
• Certified of Competency for Middle Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environmental from DEMR (POP)
• Have minimum 7 years of related experience with building management system, and 4 years’ experience in similar role as Supervisor Electrical System Instrument & Control.
• Have experience to Access Control System with its peripheral, Warning System, Instrument, Control X-Ray, Coded Mechanical Key, Multimedia System, Display Peripheral, Building management, Telemetry equipment, PLC.
• Have ability to prioritize work to drive continuous improvement, mining and industrial Fire Protection standard.
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate
