- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratory dyeing operations, preferably in a textile manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of dyeing processes, dye chemistry, and textile materials.
- Experience in supervising and leading a team of laboratory technicians.
- Proficiency in conducting dyeing experiments, analyzing results, and troubleshooting issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software applications used in dyeing experiments.
