Supervisor Laydown & Material Control

Overview

Supervise and as site controller for required coordination with PMC Material control and to the all relevant contractors, UOI Logistic and 3P for safe and smooth laydown operation as per M3 approved material handling procedure.

Job Description

• Supervise to implement of site laydown procedure and ensure with PMC and SHE team of each operation at laydown and site office are align with project requirement.
• Day to day control Loading and unloading operation for any materials incoming, transfer or free issue to contractors with proper inventory.
• Record and update of status inventory, packing list, voucher release for any material issue to the contractors, including scrap metals and domestic waste of M3 project.
• Lead the site cooperation for ant material transfer at Laydown and UOI storage area. 
• Daily coordination with LM and inter-department with UOI Logistic and BZ system.
• Provide daily report and weekly highlight of site establishment to Site Manager/CM.
• Communicate with Contractors, 3P/PMC and WPS for align daily coordination for them provided the equipment required for any incoming materials, container and vessels.
• Ensure to check and implement all certificate clearance (SKB) with LM and Security Team for any both permanent material and scrap movement out from laydown.
• Daily PIC for control house keeping and observe all safe condition whole Laydown.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree S1 / D3 from Any Major with preferred from Mechanical, Logistic, Industrial, Material Control.
• 3 – 5 years experiences as Material Controller / Supervisor, Site Supervisor of Project / Warehouses.
• Hans on as coordinator for running backup construction projects, mining expansion and or backup plants.
• 1-2 years exposure and knowing the local standard / UOI for material handling project / engineering materials.
• Familiar with operation trucking, cranes, forklift and heavy equipment which are required for loading un loading operation.
