As a Supervisor Tax Accounting Consultant at Konsulpedia, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing Tax Accounting processes while providing expert guidance to clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks essential to the efficient functioning of our tax consulting services.

Responsibilities :

1. Tax Compliance Management : Ensure adherence to tax regulations by meticulously reviewing tax returns, conducting comprehensive research, and staying updated on evolving tax laws. Offer strategic tax planning advice to clients aimed at minimizing liabilities and optimizing financial outcomes.

2. Financial Reporting Oversight : Take charge of financial statement preparation and review, including income tax provisions and disclosures, in alignment with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP). Your meticulous eye for detail will ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Client Relationship Cultivation : Foster strong, enduring relationships with clients by gaining a deep understanding of their business needs, providing insightful tax guidance, and delivering exemplary service. Your ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts will be instrumental in building trust and satisfaction.

4. Risk Management : Identify potential tax risks and proactively develop strategies to mitigate exposure. Stay abreast of emerging issues and trends in Tax Accounting, leveraging your expertise to anticipate and address client concerns effectively.

5. Project Leadership : Manage multiple engagements concurrently, ensuring timely completion of deliverables within budget constraints. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to harness resources and expertise efficiently.

6. Continuous Improvement Initiatives : Drive process enhancements and efficiencies within the Tax Accounting function by implementing best practices, harnessing technology solutions, and streamlining workflows. Your innovative approach will contribute to the ongoing optimization of our services.

Qualifications :

• Male, Maks 30 years
• Have 2 years work experience, preferably have worked in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) or Tax Consultant Firm (KKP)
• Brevet A&B Certificate
• Proficient in Accounting and Tax
• Have SIM C
• Familiar with Accounting Software (Zahir, MYOB, Accurate, Odoo, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
• Skills in operating a computer, especially Excel
• Understand the preparation of financial reports and accounting journals
• Can work together in a team
• Highly motivated, disciplined, creative, honest and responsible
