Job Title: Supply Chain Assistant
Reporting to: Supply Chain and Logistics Manager
Purpose of Role
Supply Chain Assistantwill be mainly responsible for Purchase Orders, Customs&Import Operations and related tasks. This position will be the agile and supportive team member of Supply Chain Department of Turkiye team in a Multi-National Producer in Crop Protection Industry.
Total Experience
- More than 3 years of import and/or export experience in logistics or Supply Chain department. (Agro-Chemical / Chemical /Crop Protection Industry experiences are an advantage)
Qualification
- Minimum BSc in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade or relevant faculties.
Technical Skills Requirement
- Beside Import&Export, basic understanding of Purchase, Production, Logistics, Planning and related Supply Chain Activities.
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge. (Excellent&Fast Excel usage is advantage)
- Ability to communicate in English in terms of speaking, writing and reading (Preferably min. B2 Level)
- Understanding the logic of ERP systems. (Preferably good SAP knowledge)

Roles&Responsibility
- Being supportive member of supply and logistic teams.
- Getting and following production and shipment documents such as invoice, bill of lading, Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Origin , Packing List and other relevant documents sent by international vendors.
- Submitting related documents to Ministry of Agriculture to get Import Permit
- Coordinating Customs operations upon getting Import permit
- Coordinating the Import & Customs documents with Finance team.
- Organizing Import&Customs Physical folders
- Organizing department archieve support
- Creating Purchase Orders from EPR system (SAP).
