- Oversee and lead the internal Supply Chain team ( planning, procurement, warehouse, logistics ).
- Implement various effective processes and strategies, along with operational improvement projects .
- Ensures optimal utilization of the technology and lean solutions.
- Works in liaison and collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product Innovation team to achieve growth.
- Ensure smooth flow of products in & out of the DC and manage the carriers.
- Implement strategies to reduce freight & duty charges.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or a related field.
- Have a deep interest and enthusiasm global Supply Chain.
- Well developed communication and problem solving skills.
- Experienced in handling complex and detailed situations.
- Comfortable with uncertainty.
- English is a MUST.
