We are currentlylooking for a talented and experienced SousChef to join our team in Sushi bar.
We are waiting for aperson who has a strong background in Japanese cooking techniques and a passionfor creating innovative and delicious dishes.
Responsibilities:
- Menu planning and development
- Ensurethe highest standards of food quality and presentation
- Superviseand mentor junior kitchen staff
- Manageinventory and food costs
- Maintaina clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 year of experience of working in aJapanese restaurant
- Proficientin traditional Japanese cooking techniques
- Strongleadership and communication skills
- Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment
- Culinarydegree or certification preferred
- Knowledge of English is welcomed
