We are currentlylooking for a talented and experienced SousChef to join our team in Sushi bar.

We are waiting for aperson who has a strong background in Japanese cooking techniques and a passionfor creating innovative and delicious dishes.

Responsibilities:

•         Menu planning and development
•         Ensurethe highest standards of food quality and presentation
•         Superviseand mentor junior kitchen staff
•         Manageinventory and food costs
•         Maintaina clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:

•         Minimum 3 year of experience of working in aJapanese restaurant
•         Proficientin traditional Japanese cooking techniques
•         Strongleadership and communication skills
•        Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment
•         Culinarydegree or certification preferred
•        Knowledge of English is welcomed
