Sustainability Manager (Esg)

- Assist the organisation’s ESG roadmap and strategy, while taking note of the cost effectiveness and feasibility of each ESG proposal. 
- Role as advisory role to the business, consulting on matters relating to corporate strategy including corporate social responsibility, sustainability and ESG.
- Engaging with people across the business and outside the business. 
- Lead client engagements and play a key role in collaborative initiatives that could cover anything from project management, engagement with regulators to running workshops and training programs and events.
- Creating guidelines to raise internal awareness of ESG, as well as generating various tools and guidance material such as checklists, policies, procedures and other related program content, to align with best-practice frameworks and others. 
- Responsibilities to identify ESG risks and opportunities, as well as to keep abreast of significant ESG metrics and data. 
- Updated on local, regional and national policies around energy and climate change.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course in science, Economic, engineering or in a field related to the job.
• Min 5 - 8 years of experience in ESG, risk and/or sustainability at Manager level is a must.
• Have a good leadership skills.
• Experience in ESG risk, analytics or other professional services firms highly preferred.
• Experience in setting up ESG function for a large organization preferred.
• Good understanding of risk management, credit risk issues and interest of current trends in Indonesia ESG, climate and sustainability.
• Demonstrated proactive in driving change, influencing and reporting to management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in ESG policy and engagement work is advantageous.
• Experience in developing solutions and development of systems and processes relating to sustainability advantageous.
• Good communication in English (Speaking and Writing) is a MUST
