Job Descriptions
Acquisition Screening and Database Sourcing:
• Maintain and update database aligning with the needs of the organization.
Screening of potential employment candidates.
• Building relationships and utilize professional sourcing as well as professional association.
• Screen potential job candidates that focuses in areas targeted by the institution
• Coordination of placement through internal job posting procedures.
• Maintain cooperative level with other units by providing information of prospective employees to all departments/users.
• Organize routine participation in job fair and other sourcing method to target pool of high profile candidates.
User’s relationship management process:
• Filling process and maintenance of the administration applicants’ resume and applicants’ records.
• Communicate effectively and maintain relationships with users, employment agencies, placement office, media advertisement and applicants.
Management Support Activities:
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
• Suggest improvement process related to recruitment process.
• Perform activities related to quality management system.
• Perform additional tasks as required by Direct Supervisor.
General Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree (S1) Work Exposure/ Experience:
• Minimum 2 years working experience
