Description of Role:
- Managing the recruitment and onboarding process to meet the organization’s staffing needs.
- Overseeing WorkDay management by updating data and ensuring its effective use for various HR functions.
- Updating Mercer Salary Banding to reflect salary changes, increments, and contract renewals accurately.
- Processing payroll and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Managing immigration and visa-related matters for expatriate employees.
- Conducting performance and salary reviews to ensure fair and competitive compensation.
- Updating HR-related policies to be in line with Global TWI and local law. Ensure awareness of clear HR policies among staff.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation to foster a harmonious work environment.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Administering the training process, including needs analysis, registration, evaluation, and record-keeping.
- Producing and maintaining monthly and quarterly reports for HR operations.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties to support HR operations.
- Acting following Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- 5 years of proven experience in Senior HR officer or Assistant Manager roles in Human Resources
- Experience in processing payroll and familiarity with all statutory requirements.
- Experience using WorkDay or other HRIS software for HR operations.
- Familiarity with ISO standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues at all levels and proficiency in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Knowledge and experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy and confidentiality.
- Ability to deliver effective presentations and training sessions.
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Ability to maintain, and handle permission for social security (BPJS and Jamsostek), and health insurance membership are updated and valid for all employees.
- Ability to prepare work agreements (PKWT/PKWTT/Mitra Kerja), offer letters, confirmation letters and reference letters, invitation letters, process visas, and process vacancy applications as and when required.
