Job Description
- Performing all human resources activities including but not limited to employment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, recruitments, insurance, manpower planning, training and development, etc.
- Managing HR Administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Responsible for all immigration matters, expatriate management, and general affairs ie: RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, exit permit, Visa Business, etc.
- Reviewing and updating Company policy in Employee's Handbook and Company's Regulations in line with the latest labor law regulations in Indonesia.
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of HRIS and other HR-related technology platforms.
- Assisting in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Participating in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager, contributing ideas and insight to drive positive outcomes.
- Performing other tasks delegated by the superior.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, business management, and other related majors.
- Have a working experience of around 4-6 years in human resources management
- Familiar with the latest Labor Laws and other Indonesia regulations regarding HR practices
- Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, good organizational and communication skills, excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent in both written and verbal English language
