Job Descriptions:
- Conduct the end-to-end Talent Acquisition cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating until onboarding, Prepare and conduct new hires onboarding and orientation session, which includes an introduction to the company profile, vision, mission, objectives and goals, cultures, etc.
- Utilize diverse recruitment sources, including social platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet and other relevant platforms to build talent pools
Collaborate with the Head of Department to achieve the successful hiring.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements and provide dedicated support throughout the hiring process
Run the employer branding strategy to enhance our company brand name
Regularly create a creative and innovative content for LinkedIn portal
Participate in various HR-related activities, projects, and initiatives
Manage our recruitment databases and other HR assets
Assist with other HR matters as required.
Job Qualifications:
- Max 30 Years old.
- Bachelor degree in Psychology or relevant major.
- At least 2 years experiences as Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.
- Experience using LinkedIn recruiter is a must. - Experience using Boolean to approach passive candidate.
- Skill of editing and creating content (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc) is a plus.
- Strong skill in Behavioral Event Interview,Able to create an internal company content, including videos and images on various platforms.
- Strong communication skill English is a must Agile, Dynamic, Flexible and Fun personality.
