We are hiring Specialist, Talent Acquisition
Role & Responsibility :
- Manage end to end recruitment activities
- Able to implement Talent Acquisition strategy
- Manage good relationship with stakeholders such as : Requirement discussion, Reporting, Timely managed fulfillment
Requirements :
- Min bachelor degree from reputable university, background in related human resources field would be advantage
- Min 3 years remarkable experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Have proven experience in employer branding & Talent Acquisition strategy is a must
- Mastering BEI method would be advantage
- Good analytical thinking and love to works with data is a must
- Availability to join ASAP is an advantage
