Qualifications & experience
- Proven experience as a Talent preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content that resonates with target audiences.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, social media, and content distribution channels.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital acquisition activities (for mobile app and website) using ads platforms including Marketplace, social media, display advertising campaigns, affiliate marketing, programmatic, landing page etc.
- Work on a budget to reach maximum KPI keeping CAC at the optimum level
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Plan and create a small-scale A-B test campaign to optimize campaign and creative performance better.
- Create concepts for Instagram stories, TikTok content - Executing content
