In line with our expanding business structure and exciting development plan, a great opportunity has become available for a vibrant and talented professional to join this organization, as Associate Finance Manager, who will become the key finance support to drive the strategic and commercial growth agenda within the company.

Job Description

• Perform tax calculations, deposits, and reporting in accordance to tax regulations like:
  1. SPT (E-Faktur Pajak & E-SPT monthly) & Monthly VAT Reports in VAT Program include VAT restitution.
  2. Monthly PPH21 PPH23, PPH 4 (2) and annual tax calculations (PPH21) for company & individuals.
  3. Filing of Annual Income Tax (SPT Tahunan)
  4. Transfer pricing documentation support.
  5. Any other Tax Compliance as and when necessary.
• Liaison with the administration authority or Account representative of Tax
• Managing tax department assessment or audit.
• Independently extract data from accounting software & prepare reports, response for tax department.
• Liaison with external tax agencies, consultant & advisors.
• Support to accounts payable team.
• Preparing cost control report as needed.

This role is based in Jakarta and a successful Applicant need to possess the following

• S1 Degree in Accounting
• Minimum Tax Brevet AB
• Good understanding of PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan)
• Min. 4 years of working experience as a Tax accountant.
• Good experience of Ms. Excel
• Good experience of working on accounting systems, preferably Tally.
• Must be good in spoken and written English (will use English on a daily basis)
• Experienced in manufacturing setup and export-oriented business is a plus.
• Good communication, strong analytical thinking, work well in a team, trustworthy, able to take initiative and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Able to join immediately.
