Tax Officer

Job Desk:

1. Recapitulation tax data from General Ledger for: PPh23, PPh4(2), PPh21, PPh22, PPN
2. Carry out reconciliation and equalization between tax object data in the General Ledger with Periodic PPN and PPH SPTs reported every month
3. Reconciling PPh21,23,4(2),26,22 with vendor and customer deductions
4. Carrying out checks on transactions that have been input, calculating and classifying the types of PPh23 taxes that have been input
5. Submit payment for PPh and VAT that have been calculated
6. Preparing & report income tax and VAT returns every month
7. Provide data related to inspections and audit requests
8. Resolving tax issues before they reach your superiors
9. Provide proof of income tax deduction to vendor
10. Request, record and store proof of deductions from customers
11. Make a list of nominative entertainment & promotions
12. Collecting proof of customer PPH deduction
13. Adhoc tax duty

Requirements:

1. Having work tax experience min. 2 years
2. Having experience and knowledge in Oracle System
3. Minimum education bachelor’s in accounting from Reputable University with GPA min. 3,00
4.  Strong knowledge & experience in Ms. Excel for data worksheet & reconciliation
5. Proficient in English
6. Ability to multitask & meet deadlines required
