• • Education : Bachelor degree from Accounting/ Finance or Fiscal Administration
  • Language : Proficiency in English both literal and oral
  • Experience : Holds experience in related field minimum 3 years, preferably inclusive in supervisor for 2 years in multinational company
  
  • Possess strong understanding of financial reporting standards (IFRS and PSAK) and taxation, having a Brevet (A,B, and C) is an advantage
  
  • Experience in developing & implementing a tax strategy/ planning in order to minimise tax risks.
  
  • In depth knowledge of tax regulation with strong tax accounting skill and proficiency in tax reporting.
  
  • Preferably candidate who understand and has involved in financial audit, tax audit, tax appeal, and tax objection
  
  • Analytical, organized, accurate, pro-active and have an affinity with numbers.
  
  • High initiative and attention to detail
  
  • Proactive in identifying and managing risks and making improvements
  
  • Proficiency in English both literal and oral
  
  • Computer literate (accounting software, tax software, windows and Microsoft Office)

• Job Description

Reporting and supporting in all month end related tasks including weekly and monthly management reporting and month end close activities
Ensure the integrity of financial information posted to the General and Subsidiary Ledgers by ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of control and suspense accounts
Maintain company ledgers and ensure the general and sub-ledgers are accurate at all times
Review and reconcile all balance sheets and P&L accounts in the General Ledger and process necessary journal entries where errors are detected
All Balance Sheet and P&L accounts are fully reconciled monthly within strict deadlines
Responsible for Tax Compliance, Tax Planning, Tax Payment & Reporting and Accounting in line with the group's policies through which currently performs
Responsible for all matters pertaining to Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and Indirect Tax (VAT) compliance in accordance with local government regulatory requirements
Develop and monitor compliance with internal controls and procedures surrounding accounting and tax processes
Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process.
Provide support with various internal audits and special tax related projects.
Review tax returns and quarterly/yearly tax projections.
Facing tax audits both at the Examination, Objections, and Appeals.
Conduct a review of tax documents which will be submitted to the examiner, auditor, researcher objected and the judge in the tax court.
Coordinated all tax related transactions and accounting flow of recording as well as building tax reporting system with tax team.
Support local tax audit defense by preparing all relevant tax documents and responding to queries regarding compliance with regulatory requirements.
Handle to all tax assessment, demand and notice as received from tax authorities.
Monitor of the latest tax regulation and laws, analyzing impact and implementation.
Prepare and submit accurate tax payments on periodic basis.
Prepare and ensure VAT (IN AND OUT) is accounted properly.
Prepare and review all documents for VAT, CIT & WHT.
