Requirement
- Education: Min. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Human Resource Management, Law or a related field.
- Language: Fluent in English verbally and written
- Experience: Min. 10 years of experience as a Human Resources and General Affairs Manager.
- Experience as a Corporate Legal.
- Experience as a Government Relation.
- Understanding of labor laws, Legal and Government Relation
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- High integrity, responsibility, and the ability to work independently.
- A proactive problem solver and quick learner.
- Positive, collaborative, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated strong leadership abilities and the capability to lead a team effectively.
