Responsibilities:
- Daily onsite customer office
- Respond to critical incidents to ensure rapid restoration of service
- Resolve technical problems raised by customers
- Be an integral part of a Project team which ensures the successful operation and high availability.
- Automated endpoint deployment and patching using end point Management tools
- Report & documentation related to Maintenance services
Requirements :
- Having 2 or more years’ project experience in IT support & System administrator;
- Candidate must possess at least Associate Degree
- Have experience in the following domains preferred: managing IT Support & End point Management
- Having knowledge on Windows, Mac and Linux Operating System; Patch Management, End point management, Directory Services, Networking
- Able to work under pressure;
- Able to work on Documentation;
- Good communication and a team player
- Contract based position
