Position Overview:
Join our #IMTeam as a Technical Engineer. In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and support to both internal teams and external customers. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of technical activities, from assisting customers with inquiries to conducting product presentations and managing proofs of concept.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Comprehensive Support: Provide essential support to the Sales & Marketing Team by handling technical tasks, including reporting and other technical activities, ensuring the seamless flow of information and resources.
- Conduct Customer Technical Support: Offer top-tier Technical Support to customers, ensuring efficient servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of products post-sale.
- Conduct Proofs of Concept and Presentations: Lead the planning, execution, and management of Proofs of Concept (PoC) and product presentations, showcasing the capabilities and value of our offerings to potential clients.
- Provide On-Site Technical Support: Travel to customer locations to provide hands-on support, conduct inspections, repairs, and technical assistance, further solidifying our commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Provide Expert Recommendations: Provide valuable technical assistance and expert recommendations to customers inquiries, helping them make informed decisions based on their unique requirements.
- Provide Client Engagement: Actively participate in meetings with potential clients, gaining insights into their technical and business needs. Ensure all pertinent information is gathered before crafting tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication, or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven technical background with 1-3 years of experience in Technical Support or related roles. Fresh graduate who eager to learn are welcome.
- Proficient computer literacy with a strong understanding of software applications and tools.
- Capable of thriving both as an individual contributor and a collaborative team player.
- Exceptional time management skills, coupled with a proactive approach to task prioritization.
- Willingness to travel frequently as part of job responsibilities.
- Fluent English language skills is a plus.
