AlamatQualification
- 5-7 years of experience with compressed air systems, other related engineering fields are welcome to apply.
- Working knowledge of air compressors, refrigerated air dryers, filters, and other equipment related to the compressed air industry.
- Undergraduate degree from a reputable university majoring in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering or physics.
- Possess an excellent general computer skill. (Excel, word, PowerPoint)
- Organized, committed and good attitude.
- Ability to design and compressed air system in highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Support for service personnels for both preventive and corrective on air compressors, refrigerated air dryers, filters, and other equipment related to the compressed air industry.
- Assist technician in solving customer’s problems both remotely and on the field.
- Review service quality level performed by field service technicians.
- Provide Technical Support to sales and marketing personnels.
- Help create and implement SOP/SLA related to Technical Support.
- Help maintain required documents for projects and customers.
- Maintain relevant reports and documents related to past technical problems.
- Determine technical training requirements of service technicians.
- Develop and maintain an archive of all training materials.
