Technical Support Staff

Duties & Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality
• Keep records of repairs and fixes for future reference
• Offer timely Technical Support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly
• Maintain and repair technological equipment (e.g. routers) or peripheral devices
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with other teams

Requirements

• Bachelor or Vocational degree in Information Technology or similar.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years experience as Technical Support Staff
• Mandatory experience with Mikrotik, Windows, IOS, Android, and TCP/IP.
• Experience in Installation Hardware and Software.
• Fluent in English
• Willing to work from the office (Permata Hijau, Jakarta Selatan).
