Duties & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality
- Keep records of repairs and fixes for future reference
- Offer timely Technical Support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly
- Maintain and repair technological equipment (e.g. routers) or peripheral devices
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with other teams
Requirements
- Bachelor or Vocational degree in Information Technology or similar.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience as Technical Support Staff
- Mandatory experience with Mikrotik, Windows, IOS, Android, and TCP/IP.
- Experience in Installation Hardware and Software.
- Fluent in English
- Willing to work from the office (Permata Hijau, Jakarta Selatan).
