Uraian Tugas
Job Description- Acting as L1 support in production team, with responsible for maintain service availability, ensure service running well.
- Provide support requested by user running well.
- Maintain SLA support.
- Create temporary solutions to stop - gap problems
- Support escalate to squad / IT team.
Minimum Qualifications- Min.2 - 3 years of working experiences
- Bachelor degree's with any major
- Experienced as IT application support
- Good in analythical thinking,
- Good in troubleshooting process
- Experienced with SQL Query, Postgree
- Familiar with Linux / Docker.
