Business Development - Sales B2B (For Food Industry)
Job description :
- Develop and implement the strategy for the core HoReCa customer segment - Mid Range Indonesian restaurants and Western restaurent or Caffe.
- To maintain a long term relationship with the key accounts and maximize sales opportunities within them.
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
- Focusing on growing and developing the basket size of existing clients.
- Investigate the customer database and create strategies to ensure targets for the core HoReCa customer segments in visits, registrations, activations, frequency and ultimately sales are exceeded.
- Together with generating new business, preparing the quotation for all current and opportunity business, and acting as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
- Develop and excute BD strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Coordinating with all parties, internal and external to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurately and updated all reports of BD's activity and customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends competitive landscape, and market conditions.
Holds Modern Trade :
- Submit forecast monthly
- Plan promotion regular account every month
- Negotiation trading term
- Additional activity account
- Create new business opportunities
- Create, manage, and monitor budget investment and activities by category and ensureing on time implementation of all activities in assigned customer with operational excellence.
- Support NAM in developing and negotiating all promotional activities with customer in all category to get the best deal of investment and positive ROI.
Qualifiications :
- Bachelor's Degree of Food Science & Technology
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have experiences and background with B2B HoReCa and MT in FMCG Company with Food and Beverage background.
- Have good understanding on how to develop market.
