Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Management / Communication / Administration with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in event and promotion or related fields.
• Excel in communication skills.
• Placement: Bintaro, South Tangerang.

Job Description:

• Conducting the handover of rental spaces in accordance with the technical specifications of the building to ensure the store's operations align with the schedule.
• Exercising control over tenants to ensure compliance with building regulations and rules.
• Building positive relationships with tenants.
• Executing administrative tasks (correspondence, permits, filing systems, etc.) that support Tenant Relation activities.
