Tenant Relation Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handling and maintain coordination with all tenant (new and existing)
• Performing negotiation with the tenants
• Preparing handover for the tenants
• Reviewing lease agreement for tenant
• Coordinating with the related department regarding tenant leasing activities

Requirements:

• Minimal Bachelor Degree from any major (preferably from the Architect or Civil Engineering major)
• Minimal 1 years experience in the same field
• Having a good networking
• Extensive negotiation and communication skill
• Willing to work onsite and mobile to projects
