Tenant Relation Officer

Job Description

• Create event/gathering for tenant
• Handling complaints of tenant
• Handling fitting out/ renovation unit
• Announce regulation in apartement
• Build good relationship with tenant

Requirements :

• Maximum age 30 years old
• Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• Have a minimum prior experience for 1-2 years in the related field is required for this position, preferably in apartement/office/retail
• Excellent in communication skill, interpersonal skill with strong analytical ability, customer services oriented and pleasant personality
• Computer literate with excellent skills of Microsoft Office
• Good command in English both oral and written
