Third Party Manufacturing Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering or related fields.
• Have at least 5 years experience in Third Party Manufacturing areas in FMCG industry.
• Willing to be placed in Bandung, West Java.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential third-Party Manufacturing partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with external vendors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners.
• Establish and monitor quality control processes to maintain product quality.
• Optimize production processes for cost-effectiveness and resource efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with third-party manufacturers.
• Monitor and control production costs to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality standards.
• Identify and assess potential risks in the third-Party Manufacturing process.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address challenges and uncertainties.
