Responsibilities :
- Take and confirm passenger's reservations
- Ensure all domestic and international flight reservation is done correctly (issued, and re-issued tickets)
- Answer questions about itineraries, rates, prepare invoices outlining rates
- Follow-up with airlines or vendors on open case
- Maintain high quality of service and timely execution
- Maintain good reporting
Requirements :
- Willing to work in shifts
- Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written in English
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in a travel agency/OTA
- Graduated from tourism high school or academy
- Deep Knowledge on Abacus/Sabre (preferably), Galileo, and Amadeus reservation system
- Familiar with hotel reservation system
- Customer service oriented, team work, honest, independently, willing to learn new things and under pressure
