Ticketing Corporate English Speaking

Responsibilities :

• Take and confirm passenger's reservations
• Ensure all domestic and international flight reservation is done correctly (issued, and re-issued tickets)
• Answer questions about itineraries, rates, prepare invoices outlining rates
• Follow-up with airlines or vendors on open case 
• Maintain high quality of service and timely execution
• Maintain good reporting

Requirements :

• Willing to work in shifts
• Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written in English
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in a travel agency/OTA
• Graduated from tourism high school or academy
• Deep Knowledge on Abacus/Sabre (preferably), Galileo, and Amadeus reservation system
• Familiar with hotel reservation system
• Customer service oriented, team work, honest, independently, willing to learn new things and under pressure
