Job Description:
1. Take and confirm reservations
2. Maintain high quality of service and timely execution
3. Using GDS Ticketing (Galileo/Sabre/Amadeus/Althea) in expert level for issued/reissued
4. Handling domestic and international ticketing
5. Sell and ensure all domestic and international flight reservation is done correctly, including insurance, documents and all product tour
6. Diagnose traveller problem and complain and work with the supervisor to provide a possible solution
7. Dealing with incoming calls and assist traveller with their travel inquiries from air tickets, accommodations, travel document, insurance and transportation rental
Qualification:
Minimal D3/Bachelor Degree from Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel management, communication, Human Resources Management or other relevant fields.
Minimum of 5 years of travel agent handle ticketing of group reservation/OTA Good interpersonal skill, dynamic person, strong leadership, proactive, and creative thinking.
Fluent in English communication in both written and spoken.
Deep Knowledge on Galileo (preferable), Abacus/Sabre, and Amadeus reservation system
Familiar with Ticket reservation system Good time management skills.
Available to work overtime and standby if needed
Domicile at Kemayoran area
