Job Description:
- Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies on TikTok to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for clients.
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including targeting, ad creative development, budget allocation, and scheduling.
- Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Stay informed about TikTok's advertising policies, platform updates, and industry trends to ensure compliance and leverage new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling ad creatives, including videos, images, and copywriting, tailored for TikTok's audience.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements for continuous improvement.
- Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance to clients and team members on TikTok advertising best practices and optimization techniques.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital advertising, with a focus on TikTok Ads Management Min. 1 year or above.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and user-generated content strategies on TikTok.
- Proficiency in (basic) video editing and graphic design software/tools.
- Fluent in English is a must
- Willing to work in Central Cikarang Area, Kab. Bekasi.
