Job Purpose :

Responsible to develop and ensure effective Planning, Implementation, Monitoring, and Evaluation of Sales Promotions and maximize the strategy of merchandising activities in the trade at national level and aligns Marketing programs with Sales for implementation towards the achievement of PTD directions and sales business objective/s of

Job Description :

PLANNING

  1. Manages development of nationwide trade promos and merchandising activities based on business directions and in accordance with National Guidelines.
  2. Provide inputs in the formation of policies, standards and guidelines in developing consumer promos and non-trade merchandising activities, specific to local market condition.
  3. Identification of Opportunities and Threats in the Beverage Industry and understands competitor activities for strategic planning, and conceptualization of plans & programs.
  4. Prepare and recommends for approval annual budgets, programming and deployment of nationwide trade promos and merchandising activities, as well as special event promos
  5. Planning with Marketing Group in the implementation of all Marketing-initiated trade and consumer promo, allocation and installation of signage and special events.

IMPLEMENTATION

  1. Responsible for the requisition and on-time deployment of dealer aids and P.O.S. Materials to the Regions, Areas and Districts in coordination with Logistics.
  2. Manages implementation of all Sales, TPM and Marketing initiated plans & programs, Special Events versus targeted incremental volumes and timetables within approved Budgets.
  3. Conduct/Ensure Sales Assisting fieldwork activities of TPM Group for monitoring and evaluation for effectiveness of promo and merchandising activities and do corrective actions.

MONITORING & EVALUATION

  1. Manages consolidation, monitoring, control of promo expenses and reconciliation with Finance. 
  2. Ensure all Sales Assisting, On-Premise, Supermarket Evaluation Reports, Closure Reports and other reports are submitted on time for information of management for decision-making.
  3. Attend Region and National MOR, Presents all NSM TPM - Related MOR and TPM MOR Charts.
  4. Provide timely advice of findings/feedbacks and recommend programs to National Sales Manager.

Job Requirement :

  1. Min Bachelor Degree For Any Major (preferably Business Management or Marketing degree).
  2. Preferably have at least 7 years work experience in Sales and/or Marketing department. 
  3. Proficiency in the use of analytical tools and techniques.
  4. Basic working knowledge on Sales and marketing concepts.
  5. Strong ability in interpersonal relations skills; must be able to work within a group and with other units as well.
  6. Able to work under pressure at any occasions.
  7. Basic knowledge and application on MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
  8. Good in oral and written communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English).
