Responsibilities
• Responsible for the training process of participants (operational system, SOP, etc.)• Responsible for the development of the latest materials• Manage and organize all training activities according to needs• Ensure and evaluate the implementation of training according to company SOP• Create training implementation reports• Visit and monitor trainees during the training period• Evaluate and compile training results reports• Ensure the effectiveness of training activities and trainees' progress
Requirements
• Experienced as a trainer for a minimum of 2 years in a restaurant• Understanding of FOH and BOH• Willing to work mobile and have business trips outside the city• Must have a laptop and personal vehicle• Experienced in creating presentation materials, SOP, and training modules• Minimum D3 education in any field
