AlamatThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Persyaratan:
- Minimal pendidikan S1/D4/sederajat
- Berpengalaman 3-4 tahun di bidang terkait sebagai trainer
- Mampu berkomunikasi yang baik, jelas, dan terstruktur: lisan dan tulisan
- Lancar dalam berbahasa inggris, secara lisan dan tulisan
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan manajemen tim: coaching, problem-solving, & decision-making
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang kuat dan berpikir secara terstruktur, terutama dalam menyelesaikan masalah
- Memiliki Kemampuan dalam menggunakan Microsoft Office dan melakukan presentasi secara terstruktur
- Mengerti metodologi training atau coaching menjadi nilai tambahan: iGrow/SMART goals
