Trainers Collaboration Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a self-driven Trainers Collaboration Manager with a background in business training and consultancy. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the in-house training, business training, and consultancy field, along with fluent Mandarin speaking skills. Proficiency in English is a plus. The Trainers Collaboration Manager will be responsible for sourcing, screening, developing, and managing trainers. The role involves extensive business communication, negotiation, and collaboration with trainers to ensure the delivery of exceptional training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trainer Sourcing and Screening:

• Identify and recruit talented trainers with expertise in various business domains.
• Conduct thorough screenings to assess trainers' qualifications, expertise, and training methodologies.

2.Trainer Development:

• Collaborate with trainers to enhance their training materials and delivery techniques.
• Provide constructive feedback and support trainers' professional development.

3.Trainer Management:

• Maintain a strong relationship with existing trainers, ensuring their availability and readiness for training engagements.
• Act as the main point of contact for trainers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

4.Business Negotiating:

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with trainers, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both parties.

5.Collaboration and Communication:

• Liaise with internal teams to align trainer availability with client demands.
• Communicate effectively with trainers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and training program delivery.

6.Quality Assurance:

• Monitor training sessions to ensure quality and adherence to established standards.
• Gather feedback from clients and trainers to continuously improve training programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business training and consultancy, preferably in the in-house training/business training or consultancy sector.
• Fluent Mandarin speaking skills are mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong business communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to source, assess, and manage trainers effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with trainers and clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
