Job Description:
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, and other multimedia resources.
- Design training sessions, workshops, and other people development programs.
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and participant registration.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through personal assessments, KPI Measurements, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date. And also work together with the experts to become trainer/facilitator of the training.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to reinforce learning objectives.
- Update knowledge and informations about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to training and development.
- Maintain training records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in a training and development are role preferred.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills to presents training materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and 2D design software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency on English or Mandarin will be preferred.
- Training of Trainer Certification (BNSP or other certification) will be preferred.
