QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES & ATTRIBUTES
- Minimum of a Diploma’s Degree in any discipline.
- Having experience in the transportation field is preferable
- Proficient in both English and Indonesian communication.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Email).
- Ability to work autonomously, efficiently manage time, thrive under pressure, solve problems, and adapt plans to changing circumstances.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, displaying tact and courtesy in interactions with the public and staff.
- Accurate, thorough, honest, and trustworthy.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to initiate and manage projects independently.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the maintenance of all vendor vehicles, including student buses, TS buses, and ambulances, ensuring optimal conditions and adherence to Ministry of Transportation regulations and JIS standards.
- Oversee activities in the mini-vehicle workshop at JIS, including a meticulous review of monthly reports submitted by vendors detailing workshop operations.
- Prepare equipment related to student field trip buses, including organizing parking, late bus signs, field trip route mapping, coordination with Risk Management, chaperone route signs, and offering additional support for field trips when necessary.
- Provide recommendations to the Transportation Manager regarding equipment standards and vehicle maintenance.
- Assist in the operation of the late bus service for students at the Pattimura campus.

- Perform other related duties and assume responsibilities as assigned by the Transportation Manager.
