Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data, including trends, market conditions, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist in developing sales forecasts and budgets based on historical data, market trends, and company objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance against targets, identifying areas of concern and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize revenue while remaining competitive in the market.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including KPIs, sales trends, and market share analysis, to provide insights to management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, production, and finance to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining and enhancing relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process improvement within the sales function and recommend and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in sales analysis, sales controlling, or a similar role, preferably within the feedmill industry or related sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of feedmill industry dynamics, market trends, and customer behavior is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
