Overview
Supervising day-to-day, weekly, and monthly travel tasks, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and addressing risk-related tasks within the travel workflow
level 1 - Basic
- Review the flow of pending travel-related assignments for clients and suppliers daily and weekly.
- Distribute pending tasks among team members in the travel department to improve efficiency.
- Ensure all travel projects and tasks are completed within established timelines.
- Utilize project management tools to efficiently organize and supervise travel-related projects, ensuring that updates are consistently accurate within a 24-hour accuracy window.
- Stay informed about travel rules and standards, ensuring all travel activities follow internal and external legal and ethical guidelines.
Level 2 - Senior
- Take on additional tasks assigned by upper management, adapting to unforeseen challenges and proactively addressing emerging issues.
- Act as a central point of contact for all travel-related project status.
Level 2.5 - Supervisor
- Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed within specified timeframes.
- Coordinate with department heads to allocate resources effectively, ensuring team members have the necessary tools and support to complete their tasks.
- Identify unforeseen travel risk issues and escalate them to supervisors, managers, and higher management for preventive action.
Level 3 - Jr. Manager
- Keep thorough records of project information, like timelines, resources, and any project plan changes.
- Implement strategies to streamline processes and reduce bottlenecks in the travel workflow.
- Responsible for handling risk-related tasks, including ensuring timely commission collection, managing refunds and cancellations, and providing comprehensive recaps of investigations.

Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree or above
- More than 3 years experience in tourism or complex project management is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using technology.
- Knowledge of different cultures and customs
- A meticulous eye for detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in fast-paced chronological analysis.
- Above-average proficiency in organizing and managing data files.
- Competent in time management and overseeing traffic flow or logistics.
- Possess a passport and have travelled abroad
