Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities:

  • Help & serve Customer questions and transactions
  • Response and follow up Customer complaints
  • Perform Customer transaction as per Customer instruction
  • Perform efficient and accurate transaction processing while maintaining superior service to Customer
  • Deliver superior experiences and satisfy Customer needs
  • Highlights the bank's various distribution channels and offering the alternative solution
  • Control and manage cash transaction and valuable as per policy
  • Comply with policies and procedures to ensure security of bank's and Customer' assets
  • Perform cash transaction at teller Counter


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
  • Full-Time position(s) available
