Responsibilities:
- Help & serve Customer questions and transactions
- Response and follow up Customer complaints
- Perform Customer transaction as per Customer instruction
- Perform efficient and accurate transaction processing while maintaining superior service to Customer
- Deliver superior experiences and satisfy Customer needs
- Highlights the bank's various distribution channels and offering the alternative solution
- Control and manage cash transaction and valuable as per policy
- Comply with policies and procedures to ensure security of bank's and Customer' assets
- Perform cash transaction at teller Counter
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
