Job Responsibility
- Handle full spectrum of Human Capital Development in Pe Involve in People, Teams & Culture building, incorporate the PPRS system, a HR tool.
- Full implementation of Performance Measurement System with clear individual Goals & KPIs.
- Handle all HR Admin Works & Reports required by Company & Govt Bodies.
- Document control & centralization to ensure all important documents of the company are well kept, updated /renewed.
- Handle Security & Fire Safety, Plant Maintenance & Hostel Management.
- Handle recruitment process.
- Diploma or B.Sc/M.Sc in HR Management or a similar field.
- At least 3 years experiences in related field.
- Ability to work independently, can lead & manage the HR & Admin Team.
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Having knowledge of labor legislation.
- Interest in involvement in Training/Human Capital Development.
